About Merge PDF

Merge PDF joins several documents into one continuous file in exactly the order you choose, which is ideal for assembling contracts, invoice batches, application packs and scanned chapters.

How to use Merge PDF

  1. Add your PDF files

Drag your PDF files onto the upload area at the top of the page, or tap it to browse your device. You can also add files straight from a phone or tablet — the interface adapts to small screens.

  2. Arrange the order

Each file appears in a numbered list. Drag any entry to a new position, or remove one with the × button. The number shown is the order it will occupy in the merged document.

  3. Press Merge

The pages of every document are copied into a single new PDF. Bookmarks and page sizes from the source files are preserved as far as the PDF format allows.

  4. Download your merged PDF

A result card appears directly under the upload box. Press the download button and the merged PDF is saved to your device immediately. The upload area stays open, so you can process another file without reloading the page.
